- We try to be accurate as reasonably possible to reproduce the colours of our collection. Colours may vary depending on the configuration of your computer screen, studio lighting conditions or between batches during production. Minor variations in measurement (within 0.4 inch) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate.

- Prices displayed on www.plumeactive.co are quoted in Singapore Dollars. Prices are subjected to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) for orders to be sent within Singapore. Taxes for overseas orders will be included in shipping rates.

- Unless you qualify for free delivery, all shipping and delivery costs are borne by you. Please also refer to Shipping.

- We will not be able to process any returns/exchanges without verification of receipts/invoices. We accept a one-time return per new order that is not made with store credit. Purchases made with store credit will not be valid for any further exchanges or returns. Items must be in original condition, must be undamaged, unsoiled, unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, with all labels and tags intact, packed in its original Plume Active mailer, original packaging, securely sealed and with your returns form, name and order number clearly indicated. Purchase of sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 days from date of delivery for local orders and within 20 days from date of delivery for overseas orders. You are responsible for postage costs of returned items and until the items reach us. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt with via mailing only. If you return an item that does not comply with the above requirements for returns, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a store credit refund. If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 business days from the day on which we receive the returned product (excluding weekends and PH/eves of PH). Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit (valid for 60 days). Shipping charges are not creditable. Please also refer to Returns & Exchanges.

- If a product of lesser value than the store credit is purchased using the store credit, we will not be able to refund the difference in value (in cash or credit). Store credit cannot be used to pay for shipping charges. You will bear shipping charges for orders made with store credit.

- If you believe you have received a defective item, please email hello@plumeactive.co within 10 days from date of delivery, with your order number, receipt and attach a photo showing the defect clearly. Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. We will attend to you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and PH/eves of PH). Items must be in its original condition received, must be undamaged, unsoiled, unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, with all labels and tags intact, packed in its original Plume Active mailer, original packaging, securely sealed and with your returns form, name and order number clearly indicated. If there is stock for the defective item, Plume Active will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund via store credits will be issued (valid for 60 days).

- Prices and shipping fees paid during checkout do not include any fees, taxes and import duties that might be applied by your bank for cross border transactions, nor fees, taxes and import duties that might be applied by your Customs Office for import taxes/custom duties. If you pass the tax-free threshold in your region, extra fees will be applied before/upon delivery. Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged. Plume Active is not responsible for any of these fees.
